Things to bring along when you go for course

  • Mountain Bike (if you need to rent a bike, please indicate in your email)
  • Helmet (compulsory - for your own safety)
  • Gloves (recommended)
  • Covered Shoes (compulsory)
  • Bottles or hydration pack filled with water/ isotonic liquid
  • Snacks or other energy foods
  • Sunblock (recommended)
  • Tyre and suspension pump (For Advance level 3)
